Our words are important. We need to realize that. They set the boundaries of our lives. Faith is always expressed in words (Mark 11:23). When you believe a thing in your heart and confess it with your mouth, then it becomes real to you. It takes faith to forgive! In fact, our faith won't work unless we forgive. Forgiveness is twofold: we must learn to forgive others; and we must also learn to forgive ourselves. Before we can go on with God, we must forget our past. "Father in heaven, I thank you for the ability to pray in tongues, Holy Spirit you know (person's name), you know them well, through and through and I make a quality choice not lean to my own understanding but in all my ways I acknowledge you and I thank you for directing my path. I lift up (person's name) to you in prayer and I thank you Holy Spirit for praying the perfect prayer through me for (person's name) in every way, not my will but your will be done in Jesus name Amen. ~Then pray in tongues as the spirit leads.
